The Journey to Stability
These steps represent the typical path families take as part of C3’s two-year program of recovery and rebuilding. Every family’s situation is unique, and C3 first works to understand the causes of crisis before tailoring the right combination of support and accountability.
CRISIS & SAFTEY
Linking families with safe shelter options and emotional support through community partners.
STABILITY
Counseling, childcare, and case management are coordinated with other partners.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Work collaboratively to develop a two-year accountability plan, starting with goal setting and clear expectations.
EMPOWERMENT
Employment, budgeting, counseling, and Life Skills coaching.
INDEPENDENCE
Safe housing, stable financial skills, and long-term success.

Over 260 families and 600 children served since 2021. 90 partner agencies. Funds support housing, counseling, food scarcity, transportation, clothing, and education.
