C³ seeks to provide comprehensive wrap-around support to children and their families experiencing trauma or living in crisis situations. We offer a two-year support program that requires the family to be a partner with us in building resiliency and self-sufficiency, as they move toward HOPE and brighter futures.

Basic needs: housing, clothing, food, hygiene products

Health issues: mental health, and physical concerns

Safety: accessibility, security

Legal: documents (birth certificates, SSN, etc)

Transportation: appointments, agency services

School: coordination with school services

Budgeting and finance: one-one guidance

Job/Education: guidance in seeking job or educational opportunities

Counseling: grief, personal, trauma-focused intervention

Special needs assistance: medical specific assistance, special needs services, group home evaluations
