Our First Family

During 2020-2023, collaborated with 24 agencies in High Point to assist this one family in crisis . In addition to direct wrap-around support, continues to maintain involvement as we “walk the walk” with the children and family. This diagram explains the types of support we offered…..

Basic needs: housing, clothing, food, hygiene products

Health issues: mental health, and physical concerns

Safety: accessibility, security, in-home evaluations

Legal: documents (birth certificates, Social Security numbers. etc), professional aid

Transportation: appointments, agency services

School: academic help, after-school support, summer camp, GED program

Job/Education: training, interview assistance, placement

Counseling: grief, personal, trauma-focused intervention

Special needs assistance: medical specific and dental assistance, special needs services, group home evaluations
