We Walk the Walk.
While C³ is a collaborative initiative of various agencies, it is more importantly an innovative concept rooted in many years of community engagement in the non-profit world. Traditionally, the standard of “support services” was to hand a family in crisis a list of agencies that “could help” them. It may look easy, but acquiring help during a period of crisis is extremely difficult to navigate. Roadblocks to available services are often arbitrary, confusing, and burdensome. Families suffering trauma do not have the time, energy, or physical/mental power to figure it all out. C³ knows how to “connect” the avenues of collaboration and ”walk the walk” with the child and family. We fill in the gaps where other agencies cannot meet needs.
